My name is Clara Stewart, and I am the executive assistant at HOPE International. So, HOPE International is a microfinance network, and so we work in 16 countries, developing countries, around the world, and our mission is to invest in the dreams of families and underserved communities as well as proclaim and live the Gospel. And so we provide savings services, uh, business trainings, small loans, and discipleship training to families in underserved communities around the world.
We first used Executive Coach in 2014 for our annual leadership summit, where we bring our team from all over the world to Lancaster for a big conference. The Vice President of Executive Coach reached out to us, and he was at our, um, he was at our annual breakfast and he connected with our founder, Jeff Rutt, and said: “I’d be really interested in working with HOPE, how can we help?”
I took into consideration ease of working with someone, so Executive Coach has been very easy to work with, very flexible, they respond very quickly. Our driver for Executive Coach was really friendly. I only heard good things, so I didn’t speak directly to anyone who rode the coach, but I, um, the feedback I got from HOPE International staff was that it was a good experience, the buses were very clean, they were on time, they, uh, waited until we had everyone there to board the bus, and so they were just very easy to work with and I only heard good things about the experience of riding with Executive Coach.
Advice that I would give to any other organization who’s looking to use a charter service is to find someone who really cares about what you do, because if you find, uh, a company like Executive Coach who really cares about the work that your doing, they’re going to serve with that much more commitment, and they’re going to really be there and care about their service for you, and so it’s much more than just driving from point A to point B, they really want to take care of the people that they are serving and the guests that you have who you want them to serve, but then they’re sort of taking care of them for that ride, you know? From pickup to drop off. So, looking for a company who really cares about those people.
