Executive Coach is currently hiring motor coach drivers! As a charter bus driver for Executive Coach, you would be driving motor coaches to various pickup locations at assigned times and then proceeding to drive to a target destination. You may be assigned to a group for one-way travel, a single-day round trip, or for multiple days. Our charters frequently provide local service around the Lancaster area but may also include interstate and international travel. Some other primary job responsibilities would include:

• Driving in a safe manner and adhering to all traffic laws and DOT (Department of Transporation) regulations.
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operating conditions for the motor coach and ultimate safety of passengers.
• Boarding and deboarding passengers as well as providing them with safety announcements and other trip-related information.
• Generally looking out for the welfare of all passengers and enforcing the rules of the motor coach to ensure passenger safety above all.

• Applicants must be at least 25 years of age.

• Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) year’s driving experience (commercial or private).
• Applicants must be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must have good character and positive work history. Must also pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background checks (more information is in the official job descriptions PDF).
