What factors should I consider when looking for a motorcoach?
When looking for a motorcoach, you should consider the quality and safety of the coaches, the qualifications of the drivers, the insurance held by the company, the areas they travel to, and the amenities they feature in their coaches.
How do I know if a motorcoach company is safe?
A great way to check a motorcoach company’s safety is to check their DOT Safety Rating. The highest rating is satisfactory and other possible ratings include conditional, not rated, and unsatisfactory.
How far in advance should I book my coach?
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure a charter for your travel date.
Are there minimum group size requirements to book a coach?
We don’t have a minimum size requirement, but we recommend taking at least 30 people to make the trip affordable.
What sizes are your motorcoaches and what amenities do they have?
We have 40 and 56 passenger luxury coaches that feature reclining seats, full climate control, overhead storage, complimentary WiFi, DVD video systems, and more!
Are your motorcoaches handicap accessible?
Yes, an ADA coach can be requested with a wheelchair lift.
What insurance does Executive Coach carry?
We have the $5 million required policy by Lancer, the premier motorcoach insurance provider.
What credentials do your drivers hold?
All of our drivers have CDLs (commercial drivers licenses).
Do your coaches travel in inclement weather?
Yes, we only cancel travel if there is a road closure by the state government.
Are smoking or alcohol permitted on your motorcoaches?
We do not permit smoking or alcoholic beverages on our motorcoaches. We allow any food and non-alcoholic drinks on our coaches.
Do you use updated & inspected vehicles?
All of our motorcoaches are inspected regularly to ensure they meet all current safety and operational requirements.
What is your procedure for road failures?
We have on-call dispatchers ready to quickly resolve road failure situations.
What are the terms and cancellation policies of a contract once it is signed?
A deposit of $100 per day is due to reserve a coach. The remainder of the payment is due 14 days prior to the departure of the trip. Deposits for coaches are refundable in full if the trip is canceled 30 days prior to the date of the trip. Cancellations within 30 days of the trip date are subject to cancellation charges. Can I recover an item I left in one of your motorcoaches? How long do you keep lost items?
We have our coaches checked upon their return to the service center and any missing items are logged and the groups contacted to attempt to find the owners. These items are kept for 30 days.
